How Our Mail-In Rebuild Service Works

Step 1 – Contact Our Shop

Contact us by phone or through our website to discuss your transmission concerns and begin the rebuild process.

Step 2 – Pay Your Deposit

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required before your rebuild begins.

Your deposit is applied toward your final repair invoice.

Step 3 – We Email Your Prepaid Shipping Label

Once your deposit is received, we’ll email you a prepaid UPS shipping label.

Simply package your transmission securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your local UPS location.

Step 4 – Complete Inspection

Every transmission is completely disassembled and inspected.

We inspect:

  • Shafts
  • Shift forks
  • Reverse chain
  • Transmission cases
  • Seals
  • Internal wear and damage

If additional damaged hard parts are found, we’ll contact you with a complete estimate before proceeding.
