Designed for demanding marine environments, these speakers feature a large 8.8-inch woofer and oversized 1.25-inch silk-dome tweeter for powerful mid-bass, detailed highs and excellent performance throughout the listening area.

Serious 8.8-Inch Performance

The larger M6-880X design provides significantly more cone area and excursion capability than smaller marine speakers. JL Audio states that the 8.8-inch design provides 36% more cone area and up to 6 dB greater low-frequency output than its M6-770X 7.7-inch coaxial system.

This additional output makes the M6-880X an excellent choice for high-performance marine and UTV audio systems where strong mid-bass, clean output and excellent dynamics are priorities.

DMA-Optimized Woofer

JL Audio uses proprietary motor, suspension and cone modeling to optimize woofer performance, helping reduce distortion while improving transient response and bass performance.

1.25-Inch Silk-Dome Tweeter
